Care Instructions

Take care of your shirt and it will take care of you. Proper maintenance of your Green and Jack’s tailored shirt will ensure it lasts for many years. Gently hand or machine wash separately in cold water. Sponge stains with a damp cloth before they set. Use mild soap, fabric softener and non-chlorine bleach. For best results, air dry and do not tumble dry. Replace loose buttons and mend small tears immediately. After wear, hang all shirts on high-quality, wooden hangers. To eliminate wrinkles, use a warm iron and apply pressure with a damp cloth on the opposite side. Between wear, keep in dark, dry storage.

Delivery Time Scales

We endeavour to ship your tailored shirts within 21 days. Delivery may be earlier, depending on our workload. A representative will contact you if exceptional delays occur.

Customs and Taxes

If your delivery address is within the European Union you will not be charged any additional duties since you will be paying VAT already.
For orders delivered in the rest of the world prices are exclusive of any taxes and duties. Taxes might apply depending on the country you are buying from and we would advice you to check with your local authorities about the charges.

Returns policy

Green and Jack’s operate a full refund policy or at the customers option an exchange in the event that the product you have received is faulty. Please contact us within 21 days at contactus@greenandjacks.com stating the reason for return and we will work with you to receive the goods and provide a refund.
For your protection, please use a recorded postal service for all returns and let us know in advance so that we can be prepared to receive the goods and process the refund.
If incorrect measurements were provided to us we are unable to offer a refund since the goods are tailored to order to your measurements and cannot be resold. In the unfortunate event of any problems we will try our best to work with you resolve the issue. Thank you.
